Food Dehydrating 10/20/2015 I've been experimenting with dehydrating foods. One of my new favorites is dried kale. The only down side is that it starts out so floofy, you can only use every other tray in the dehydrator. On the bright side, it only takes a couple hours and is really tasty. I also tried dehydrating tofu. I like the texture, but I wasn't a fan of the marinade I used. That recipe needs some work.
